The ITW650 is a fully automatic two-station turret winder for core and coreless winding at line speeds up to 200 m/min. The winder produces rolls with a pre-set number of bags in roll diameters up to 450 mm and with capabilities of using multiple core diameters between 1” to 3” cores. The winder comes with an air loaded dancer system and taper tension for increased web control and roll quality.
