CMD’s audit program is a proactive approach to help you maximize the lifespan of your existing assets, increase productivity, and limit machine downtime. CMD service technicians will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your machine, assess its current condition, and provide you with a detailed plan to restore it to its original, as-shipped condition.

During the audit process, we will review maintenance records, observe the equipment while it’s operating, and provide recommendations on setting adjustments to optimize performance. Additionally, we will offer scheduled maintenance recommendations and recommend on-hand replacement parts to minimize unplanned downtime. The standard audit length is Tuesday through Thursday, depending on how many machines and modules are included.

Each audit visit will conclude with a verbal debrief of the technician’s findings. CMD will provide a written report shortly following the trip’s conclusion.
