The year 2020 was historic for many big reasons, mostly inconvenient but some also tragic, as the world pandemic swept the globe and normal life ground to a screeching halt.  It is a testament to the perseverance and determination of businesses and workers, students, teachers, truckers, manufacturing workers, health care professionals and myriad individuals who kept the country and the economy going.  It was an historic year for CMD as well, in that we did not exhibit at a single in-person event for the last 14 months.

That’s why it’s very exciting to dust off our trade show materials and prepare for our exhibit at Pack Expo Las Vegas!   To kick off this, our first in person event in some time, CMD will introduce exciting new technology for pouch converters.  We’ve taken a close look at the changing requirements of our converter customers and listened very carefully to what they had to say about our machinery, and what is available on the market.  We’ve improved the design, but retained the ease of use and efficiency features of our original 760-SUP.

We’re excited to share more information about our new machine and we’ll post more here, via email to our customers and finally at the show in September!
